777xz Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 777xz website, mobile application or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and casual visitors.

Your use of 777xz for sports betting, Live Casino, Slots or any other feature available on the platform is subject to these terms at all times. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any other person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms — though we note that account sharing is separately prohibited under Section 3.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a 777xz account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free choice.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person in registering or funding an account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the platform or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that betting and casino games involve real financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit and wager.

777xz takes age verification seriously. During registration, we collect date of birth information and may request supporting identity documentation at any point — including before processing a withdrawal. If an account is found to have been registered by a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with our age verification policy.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account on 777xz only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your personal details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You must keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 777xz will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Account details must match your identity documents.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 777xz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Payment method availability may change from time to time — check the cashier section for current options and applicable minimum and maximum amounts.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your 777xz account on your behalf — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source payment method and the relevant account may be reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777xz may request copies of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership or other documentation before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed same day for standard amounts.
• Any bonuses or promotional funds have specific withdrawal conditions — see Section 7.
• 777xz does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5 Betting Rules

The 777xz sportsbook covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other markets. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled except where 777xz exercises a specific void or cancellation right under these rules.

777xz reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were clearly published in error (palpable error rule).
• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation or integrity concerns affecting the event.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including through automated means.

Live betting markets are offered on selected events including Cricket matches and PSL games. Live bet acceptance is subject to the current state of play and 777xz may suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets placed while a market is suspended will be voided.

Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. For Cricket, this means the result as declared by the ICC or the relevant board. For PSL matches, the PCB's official result is used. In the event of a dispute over the correct result, 777xz's decision is final.

6 Live Casino and Slots

The Live Casino and Slots sections of 777xz are operated using game content from third-party providers. The rules of each game — including Return to Player (RTP) percentages, minimum and maximum stakes in PKR, and game-specific mechanics — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each title.

777xz does not manipulate game outcomes. Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live Casino games are conducted by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment with real-time streaming. The outcome of each round is determined in real time and cannot be influenced by 777xz or the player outside the normal rules of the game.

• Malfunctions in a game session — technical errors, disconnections or display glitches — will void the affected round. Bets placed on voided rounds are returned to your balance.
• Game history for all Slots and Live Casino sessions is recorded and available in your account history.
• RTP information is available within each game's information panel.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

777xz may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 777xz promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is displayed on each offer page. Wagering must be completed within the stated time limit or the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be used to fund withdrawals until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus winnings being forfeited.
• 777xz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

If you believe a bonus has not been credited correctly to your account, contact support within 72 hours of the triggering deposit or qualifying action. Claims raised after this window may not be investigated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777xz and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to abuse bonuses or bypass account-level restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider after a deposit has been used on the platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games or any other multi-player format.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting free bet offers, bonus structures or pricing errors to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information or attempting to use another person's identity or payment details.

9 Responsible Gaming

777xz takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended for adult entertainment. It is not a financial tool, an income source or a way to solve financial difficulties. Before you deposit or place a bet, decide on a budget in PKR that you are comfortable losing entirely — and stick to it.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools within every 777xz account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps directly in your account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a set amount of time has passed in a session.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a defined cooling-off period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xz platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 777xz or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any 777xz content for commercial or non-personal purposes without prior written consent. This includes scraping odds data, game content or any other information from the platform using automated means.

11 Privacy and Data

777xz collects personal information during account registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes identity information, payment details, betting activity and device and connection data. We use this information to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-fraud obligations and improve the platform experience.

12 Limitation of Liability

777xz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, platform downtime or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted, 777xz's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — for any cause of action whatsoever — is limited to the net amount of real-money deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure of your account at your own request, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of pending bets will be returned to your verified payment method.

777xz may close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is identified on your account.
• Your account fails to pass identity or payment verification checks.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and is being processed.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777xz reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach. This includes bonus-derived winnings, winnings from bets placed using third-party funds, and funds connected to fraudulent activity.

14 Changes to These Terms

777xz may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered account holders by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Requests to close an account following a terms update will be processed under the standard account closure procedure in Section 13.
